C.O.A.S.T. AQUASWAP 2025 is more than just an aquarist’s marketplace – it’s a celebration of the aquarium hobby for all fishkeepers in Southern California and beyond. Whether you’re searching for that perfect centerpiece fish, looking to expand your fishkeeping knowledge, or simply just want to enjoy a day surrounded by fellow aquatic enthusiasts, this event is for you!

AQUASWAP 2025 is our highly anticipated annual ‘swap meet’ style event bringing together a vibrant community of fishkeepers, shrimp enthusiasts, and aquatic plant lovers for a full day packed with deals, raffles, and industry brand freebies, as well as making new connections with hobbyists around the west coast.

Whether you’re a seasoned aquarist, or just starting your journey into the aquatic hobby, AQUASWAP is a great opportunity to explore a unique range of aquatic livestock, plants, equipment, and accessories. Vendors and hobbyists from across California will be tabling and showcasing their offerings, from rare and exotic fish to thriving aquatic plants, unique shrimp species, and hard-to-find equipment – all at unbeatable prices!!

The AQUASWAP 2025 planning committee presents:

1. $5 entrance fee at the door (13+)
2. or optional $25 annual membership to C.O.A.S.T. Fish Club, which includes an AQUASWAP & Zoo-Med Labs goodie bag filled with aquarium hobby related freebies, including, but not limited to; stickers, coasters, lanyards, fish food, fish accessories, industry branded products, discounts, etc).
3. Priority booking for previous vendors; for an additional fee of $25 per table, priority vendors may pre-select their table & booth locations* before vendor registration is closed on March 15, 2025. (*to ensure fairness, vendors will be asked to accept second or third preference tabling locations).
4. Taco stand and refreshments vendor(s) for C.O.A.S.T. AquaSwap 2025 will be available so attendees do not have to leave to find food! Please welcome Tacos Erika, established in 2020, to our fish club! And our refreshment chair will be selling chips, bottled water and sports drinks, and snacks for lighter fare food options.
5. Placement of printed posters & flyers & securing brand ad space from aquarium brands for sponsorship, title sponsorship, etc. We will be having our volunteer street team members sharing and posting the printed 11″x17″ flyers in relevant spaces across Southern California and within our local fish store partners to generate more hobbyist interest in freshwater aquarium sales of equipment, livestock, and other great products for aquariums at AQUASWAP 2025.
6. C.O,A.S.T. Merchandise Table/Booth – Our first year hosting our own merch table! Please support the club by making a purchase. All purchases count as donations towards the club and help provide the necessary funds to run our budget and host events like this in Southern California!
