2025-2026 TITLE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
AQUASWAP 2026 is C.O.A.S.T. Fish Club’s premiere annual “swap-meet” light-convention event and has quickly become recognized as an opportunity for local hobbyists, breeders, industry brands, and local fish retail partner stores to come together and celebrate the growing hobbyist community for aquascaping and aquarium-keeping in Southern California.
By engaging with our club as a title sponsor, you will have the opportunity to build your brand’s visibility, engage directly with our attendees and members, and lend your brand’s support for growing the freshwater aquarium hobby all throughout the West Coast region.
Our 2025-2026 sponsorship tier packages offer uniquely tailored benefits to suit various levels of commitment towards our non-profit organization. By supporting our club through cash donations, promotional products towards give-a-ways and raffles, etc. you are supporting our club’s ability to serve and grow the aquarium hobby and community throughout the west coast region and beyond.
The California Medaka Fest 2025 was C.O.A.S.T. Fish Club’s first collaborative event with L.F.S. retail partner Nolan’s Aquarium Co. and the American Medaka Association hosted at Nolan’s back parking lot on 7/27/25. We are proud to be a co-host and partner for this inaugural event and we support the keeping of medaka ricefish as a truly a beautiful and underrated fish in the aquarium hobby.
- Bronze Tier ($749 – $1499):
- Recognition on the COAST Fish Club website and promotional event materials.
- Social media shout-outs leading up to, and during AQUASWAP 2026 and California MedakaFest 2026.
- Opportunity to include your own flyer or coupon in attendee bags at events like AQUASWAP and MedakaFest, or our monthly meetings, driving foot traffic to your business or website.
- Silver Tier ($1499 to $2499):
- All Bronze benefits, plus:
- Logo placement on event banners, promotional emails, and printed programs or promotional event materials.
- Your Branded promotional materials (e.g., product samples, brochures) included in attendee bags.
- Priority mentions in digital marketing campaigns around events.
- Gold Tier ($2499 to $4999):
- All Silver benefits, plus:
- Premium booth placement at Aquaswap 2026 with signage provided by COAST Fish Club.
- Dedicated social media spotlight post, showcasing your brand and products pre-event and post-event.
- Exclusive pre-event email featuring your brand to all registered attendees.
- Logo displayed prominently on event website and printed flyer or poster media.
- Platinum Tier ($4999 to $9999+):
- All Gold benefits, plus:
- Title Sponsor designation with your brand prominently featured in the event name (i.e; “AQUASWAP 2026 presented by TITLE SPONSOR” or “MEDAKAFEST 2026 presented by TITLE SPONSOR”) and featured as primary sponsor on AQUASWAP or MedakaFest t-shirts if they are printed for the event.
