AQUASWAP 2026

C.O.A.S.T. AQUASWAP 2026
VENDOR INFORMATION, GUEST FAQS,
& EVENT ADMISSION FEE

  • Previous Vendor Pricing: $100 / Table
    • Sign-up link will be available to all vendors after 1/1/26 below
    • Previous vendors will have the opportunity to reserve their location space of their preference for an addtl. fee of $50.00*
    • Accomodations for electrical outlets are limited and not guaranteed. Please consider bringing your own battery operated lithium-ion style or LPO4 battery unit that can accomodate your LED/heating/air pump requirements for your booth or table display
    • Vendor spaces are limited, and as such, are unfortunately not guaranteed. If you were previously a vendor, it does not mean you are guaranteed a booth vendor space every year.
    • Your best chances of securing a booth space annually, is to provide your payment in full up-front to Jim H. or Ricky L. at club meetings in 2026 in January, February, or March 2026. Digital payment/check-out option to book your vendor space will be offered at a later date.
  • New Vendor Pricing: $120 / Table
    • New vendors will have the opportunity to book their spaces 2 weeks after all of the previous vendors have been notified.
  • Vendor spaces/booth spaces booked are based on a first-come, first-served basis. The Board reserves the right to pre-determine which vendors will be best suited for representing the club for our feature swap-meet event. Please ensure your booth display is not leaking, or in other words, a lackluster showcase of your fish husbandry. Please email us at coastfish91@gmail.com if you have any questions, concerns, or comments.
  • Vendors will be required, after setting up their booths, to park their vehicles across the street in the F.V.H.S. parking lot. This space has been reserved for our event as overflow parking. Since the Senior Center parking is limited, this requirement will be enforced so that guests and attendees of the event will have more parking available for the show.

    AQUASWAP 2026 Admission Packages
Please Note: Children 12 and under are free of charge! Service animals are allowed only, but be warned that this event gets very packed and they won’t have a lot of space to stretch or lay down.
  • Early Bird / VIP access ticket – $25
(provides access to event at 10 am, we recommend being in line by 9:30 am)
  • General Admission Ticket – $15
(provides access to event at 11 am, we recommend being in line by 10 am)
  • C.O.A.S.T. New Membership / Renewal – $40
(provides early bird/VIP access to event, (+1) family member (such as a spouse), plus a swag-bag from our sponsors while supplies last (limited!). We recommend being in line by 9 am, please make your way into the ‘membership line’ at the front admission table and pay for your membership to be ready for early-bird entry.

This club discount and new membership option is only applicable on the day of 4/11/26, the same day of the event. Guests that are interested in this sign-up option should be ready in line by 8:30 or 9:00 am to ensure they have enough time to process their membership request/application form at the admission table. You may print out and pre-fill your membership application on our website and bring the $40 cash-in-hand to the membership table.

At AquaSwap 2025, we had guests in line as early at 7:45-8 am, hours before the event actually opened. The guest line even snaked out of the hallway at the center and ran down the street onto Talbert Ave on a warm day. We highly recommend that, rather than stand in line for 2 hours, perhaps consider bringing a lawn chair or a way to reserve your spot if you anticipate being part of the first (50-100) guests in line for the opportunity to win a C.O.A.S.T. Sponsored Swag Bag! We will allow ins-and-outs based on bracelet admission bands once you are paid and ready to go you can put your things back in your vehicle.
